Your responsibilities

We currently have an exciting job opportunity for a Senior Brand & Marketing Communications Manager who is to play a crucial role in building up and driving our brand and marketing communication and engagement. You will report to the Head of Communications.

  • You are responsible for designing and executing the global brand communications & marketing strategy catering to the brand positioning and the business development/sales/after-sales strategies;
  • You are responsible for brand governance and brand development, incl. product brands
  • You conceptualize and implement target group-specific marketing and communication measures, especially for brand building measures and in alignment with the Customer & Product departments;
  • You plan, organize and implement trade fairs and events with holistic 360-degree marketing communication plans and respective KPIs;
  • You develop, implement and analyze campaigns and new formats based on KPI analysis (data storytelling);
  • You steer the strategic expansion and maintenance of our digital presence (SEO, websites, landing pages, social media, customer portals & newsletters);
  • You translate external marketing activities also into internal communications where necessary (e.g. internal COMs events, brand workshops).

Your profile

  • You have a university degree with several years of professional experience in brand & marketing strategy, particularly in brand communications, brand building and product marketing
  • You have a solid marketing and branding background in a demanding and global B2B environment
  • You are experienced working at the interface to Sales, Service & Product Management and integrating concepts and tools to a holistic external customer experience catering to the global brand (CRM, CMS, marketing automation solutions, SEO, social media etc.)
  • You have experience interacting with individuals at all levels (incl. C-level), and the capability of identifying priorities and handling high workload with a proactive approach to problem solving;
  • You are experienced in handling global sponsorships and events (trade fairs etc.) with a demonstrated ability to design and execute ideas (plan, develop, communicate, benchmark, track, measure, etc.) to high standards in a demanding environment and a stringent schedule and budget;
  • You have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team within the boundaries of assigned tasks;
  • You will need to be able to move between multiple audiences and contexts in a deft manner. Your open multi-cultural attitude, your team spirit and intercultural awareness supports you leveraging cultural differences in our international work environment.
