Mr. Oglialoro brings extensive experience from his work with listed multinational companies.

He has partnered with corporate CEOs to identify and develop growth strategies, utilizing both internal and external approaches. In June 2024, he joined De Nora as Group CFO. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President of Planning and Control, Strategic Planning, and Administration at Snam, where he played a key role in driving the Group’s growth.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Oglialoro held senior finance positions at Brembo, the global leader in brake systems production, as well as at Indesit Company and Whirlpool.
