- You will work on concepts for laboratory, inline and online process analytics in electrolysis plants, particularly for green hydrogen (AWE) and HCl / NaCl electrolysis technologies.
- You will create technical tender documents, considering project-specific requirements, national and international codes and standards for proposals and orders.
- Reviewing offers, creating technical offer comparisons and determining specific key parameters (e.g., performance data, space requirements, foundation loads) are also part of your duties.
- You are responsible for technical clarifications with customers and suppliers as well as contract negotiations with suppliers and creating purchase specifications.
- You will handle order processing. This involves reviewing manufacturer documents (e.g., layout plans, P&I diagrams, inspection and test plans) and determining and verifying consumption and emissions.
- You support other disciplines (e.g. process, instrumentation, electrical engineering, piping).
- You participate in HAZOP studies and design review meetings and conduct inspections, functional checks, and performance tests at the manufacturer’s site.
- You assist with installation and commissioning at the customer site, primarily abroad, and coordinate the deployment of specialists from manufacturers on-site.
- You have extensive knowledge in the field of Process Analytical Technologies, specifically regarding the following areas. H2 and O2 analyzers, gas chromatography, moisture analyzers, titration analyzers, pH and Redox measurement, ICP
- You have a completed university degree in chemistry, technical chemistry, chemical engineering, process engineering or applied natural sciences with several years of professional experience in process analytics, ideally with a chemical plant constructor, operator or manufacturer.
- You take the initiative and act responsibly in your work.
- You have the ability to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way and can communicate effectively across various hierarchy levels.
- You are characterized by strong organizational, assertiveness and implementation skills.
- You see yourself as a dedicated team player and are skilled in convincing others in collaborative work, always keeping results and customers in focus.
- Solid knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications rounds off your profile.
- Since our projects are global, regular national and international business trips are required. Therefore, very good English skills (at least C1 level) in spoken and written form are necessary.
