(Senior) Technology, R&D and Innovation Controlling (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for global R&D budget application and controlling within the Innovation department of thyssenkrupp nucera
- You prepare reports and comparisons of budged vs. consumption and estimate together with the technical team the forecast for ongoing projects
- You are responsible of further development of reporting and controlling instruments within Innovation department
- You support the management team during the operation planning and develop a mid-term budget strategy for the Innovation department
- You are planning the R&D cost centre with budget and estimation
- You support the technical team during internal investment, application, execution and depreciation phase
- You taking part on internal controlling audits
Your profile
- You have a university degree with a preferably focus on business or industrial engineering
- You gained several years of experience in business administration and project management
- Knowledge of international accounting (IFRS) would be an advantage
- The ability to think analytically and identify upside potentials, define and perform meaningful development projects and turn results into actual solutions for engineering and execution is an absolute must
- Your intercultural awareness supports you leveraging cultural differences. You are prepared for close collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
- You are familiar with modern communication tools and MS Office
