Dr. Randolf Kiefer

Randolf Kiefer is Head of Electrolyzer Service at thyssenkrupp nucera in Dortmund.

Randolf holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and received his doctorate from the University of Karlsruhe in Germany. With 24 years of experience in chlor-alkali electrolysis, he started his career as a process engineer, contributing to the engineering and commissioning of multiple plants. Over time, he transitioned into electrolyzer development, gaining extensive expertise in all facets of chlor-alkali technology and membrane cell operation.

Randolf has been involved in the service industry since 2009 and assumed his current role in 2015. His main responsibilities include providing technological services to key customers globally, along with engaging in sales and service activities for the supply of thyssenkrupp nucera’s exclusive equipment.
