thyssenkrupp nucera reorganizes executive board

Dortmund, March 30, 2023 – thyssenkrupp nucera and Denis Krude have decided by mutual agreement that he will resign from the executive board as Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective 31 March 2023 and leave the company. Responsibility for Denis Krude’s tasks on the executive board will be reallocated. CEO Dr. Werner Ponikwar will take over the responsibility for Engineering as well as Module & Cell Fabrication in addition to his duties and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Dr. Arno Pfannschmidt will take over Project Execution and Procurement. Fulvio Federico as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will now also be responsible for Product Management.

The executive board team will drive forward the strategic realignment and above all consistently sharpen thyssenkrupp nucera’s business profile in green hydrogen to quickly and sustainably leverage the huge potential in the growth market of green hydrogen.”
